Philips Cardiac Ultrasound Application Specialist in United Kingdom - Remote Based, United Kingdom
As an Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist you significantly contribute to growing our Ultrasound business, customer satisfaction and after sales support by demonstrating the Philips Ultrasound family of products and training new and existing users on our Ultrasound equipment to ensure full appreciation of its use.

This position is based in the North of England, and will require you to travel 4 days per week across this geography. For the remaining day you will work remotely from home.
You are responsible for;
Demonstration of Philips Ultrasound products at customer sites/hospitals and at conferences/exhibits. Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
Post sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days.
Following training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of Philips Ultrasound products, and to provide a formal applications report on completion of all applications visits.
Maintaining contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment.
Ensuring that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing US customers, complies with the Company's Quality Policy.
Providing feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors’ products, customer reactions and sales arguments.
Liaising with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure that the latest US information is available for Users, including attending international meetings where appropriate.
Providing support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
Assisting the Business Line Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales and promotion of Philips Ultrasound (US) equipment and provide specialist sales support to the account managers when required.
Assisting the Business Line Manager in the maintenance of tender responses, competitive pricing information and installed base data as well as assisting the Account Managers in the answering of Tender questionnaires.
You are a part of a team of 15 ultrasound clinical application specialists reporting into the team leader for Ultrasound Clinical Applications.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Full UK driving license
Experienced cardiac sonographer
Experience of working in a clinical environment
Ideally, capability to train others on Ultrasound equipment
Excellent communication skills and strong relationship builder.
