  • In this role, you have the opportunity to The Value Creation Manager (VCP) will support the profitable sales growth of Philips Population Health Management (PHM) solutions by building strong relationships with Management and Healthcare Consulting Organizations as well as Industry Influencers in North America (NA). Today, given the shift from volume to value-based care, our Healthcare customers rely heavily on consulting firms and industry experts to aid in building and executing a value-based healthcare strategy that complements their business plan and objectives. This means that it is imperative that the VCP interact with and educate Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry Influencers to ensure Philips Population Health Management Solution(s) has top-of-mind awareness when building and executing value-based strategy and plans with our customers. You are responsible for Building and nurturing strong relationships with Management and Healthcare Consulting Organizations and Industry InfluencersEducating consultants and industry experts in Philips Population Management vision and strategy and how Philips can enable Health Systems, ACOs, Physician Groups, Payers, etc. to reach their value-based healthcare vision/strategyProviding market and customer insight to aid in funnel development and forecast planning effortsProviding market and customer insights into product development and all marketing and sales support related (value propositions, positioning statements, marketing programs, collateral, etc.) activitiesBuilding, nurturing and handing-off qualified leads to sales team to land and expand the PHM footholdLeveraging KOL insight to help influence Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry Experts perception and opinion of Philips PHM solutions.Ensuring top-of-mind awareness of Philips PHM solutions with Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry ExpertsOrganizing and executing Population Health Management regional roadshow(s) with Philips Leadership team and Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry ExpertsAttending Population Health Management industry events You are a part of Philips Population Health Management Solutions To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience A Bachelor’s Degree required. You are responsible for

  • Partner with the PHM Sales team to develop and implement actionable strategies to land new accounts and expand offerings in existing accounts

  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure PHM Sales team has the solutions and marketing collateral necessary to achieve growth goals

  • Remove market barriers and create the optimal selling conditions (product, training, access, support, pricing etc.) that are conducive to profitable sales growth

  • Assist in identifying, managing and building a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program to educate PHM communities and build awareness of the latest key developments PHM solutions.

  • Leverage KOL insight to help influence the perception and opinion of various stakeholders.

  • Provide market and customer insights into product development and all marketing and sales support related (value propositions, positioning statements, marketing programs, collateral, etc.) activities

  • Provide market and customer insight to aid in funnel development and forecast planning efforts

  • Understand Industry trends, demographics, competitive solutions, competitive pricing and competitive GTM model(s), customer preferences, etc.

  • Interpret the competitive landscape and provides strategies to fend off or unseat competition

  • Provide customer insights to product, field marketing and sales support teams

  • Provide product marketing with market and customer requirements to aid in the product development efforts

  • Provide product and field marketing with Voice of Customer insights including: customer requirements, solution enhancements or NPIs, competitive solutions, projected sales volumes of solution(s), distribution strategy, etc.

  • Identify and report future product/solution and market trends and opportunities

  • Assist with customer visits and trade shows as needed.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with Management and Healthcare Consulting Organizations and Industry Influencers

  • Educating consultants and industry experts in Philips Population Management vision and strategy and how Philips can enable Health Systems, ACOs, Physician Groups, Payers, etc. to reach their value-based healthcare vision/strategy

  • Providing market and customer insight to aid in funnel development and forecast planning efforts

  • Providing market and customer insights into product development and all marketing and sales support related (value propositions, positioning statements, marketing programs, collateral, etc.) activities

  • Building, nurturing and handing-off qualified leads to sales team to land and expand the PHM foothold

  • Leveraging KOL insight to help influence Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry Experts perception and opinion of Philips PHM solutions.

  • Ensuring top-of-mind awareness of Philips PHM solutions with Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry Experts

  • Organizing and executing Population Health Management regional roadshow(s) with Philips Leadership team and Management and Healthcare Consultants and Industry Experts

  • Attending Population Health Management industry events

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Management and/or Healthcare Consulting, Medical Device, Business Development or Channel Management preferably in a medical device company within the Healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of home healthcare and hospital healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated results with in value creation

  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization structure

  • Excellent verbal, written, public speaking, and research skills.

  • Proven track record of developing, quantifying, and implementing process improvements.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
