Philips Commercial Support Officer in Vantaa, Finland

Your challenge

We are looking for an efficient and professional administrative backgrounded person, who would help us to provide professional and high quality support to sales team and customers without forgetting positive and helpful spirit. We want you to achieve best customer service in Finland yet contributing to Nordic strategy & goals. This position is full time and continued without further notice.

Your responsibilities

  • Handling the tender process, including tasks such as searching for tender requests, compiling and sending tender material.

  • Taking in orders and order processing.

  • Answering to customer inquiries relating orders, deliveries and invoices through phone and email.

  • Other general sales support tasks

  • Daily co-operation with the other stakeholders, etc. warehouse.

All the above mentioned tasks will be handled following our quality process.

Your team

You will be part of Nordic Commercial Support team within Philips Health Systems organization and support the sales team in Sleep and Respiratory Care product portfolio. In addition your Finnish local team, based in Vantaa, consist of three colleagues, who provide daily support and back up function to help you succeed in your work.

We are looking for

  • Degree in Business Administration (Economics or Sales), or equivalent

  • Fluent (oral and written) in Finnish and English, Swedish is considered as an advantage

  • Able to handle IT in MS Office environment, SAP is a plus

  • Experience in administrative customer service, medical device industry is a plus

  • Experience in international matrix organization is considered as an advantage

  • Ability to develop and lean processes
