Philips Clinical Application Specialist CS (m/f) in Vienna, Austria
Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
May provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
In this role, you are a part of the Health Systems Organisation in Austria in the area of Clinical Applications, promoting Philips Healthcare solutions and supporting new product launches
You are responsible for:
Working as part of an account team to ensure modality results are reached according to account plans and targets
Provide required applications report on completion of all application visits
Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from PH
Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
Promote Philips Healthcare (PH) solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
Be aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office
Support and advise the sales force during acquisition
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree level education or equivalent
In-depth knowledge and experience of modality / products
Experience in clinical field
Good cooperation with Sales and Services
Ability to work independently as well as good teamplayer
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

The minimum yearly salary is equal to € 43.022.- / gross with willingness to overpay. The actual annual income is commensurate with the market, your qualifications, and experience.
