Responsibilities:

  • Achieved the assigned quota and reviewed by Biweekly完成相应的工作业绩

  • Have the leadership and people management potential and could be developed to be manager

  • Directly communication with customers, and proactively find out together with customers about the painpoints that customers had along with their development course面对客户,积极主动的与客户沟通,发现客户痛点

  • Have the capability to communicate with C-level costomers

  • Have the knowledge and knowhow of Cross Modality and BG and to form a solution regarding solving the customers pain points

  • Have the knowledge and knowhow of clinical pathway of Oncology and Radiology

  • With innovative and creative mindset, and proactively design the solutions regarding the pain points of the customers by consisting of Consulting service, Modalities, IT systems, Professional service on research. 具有开创性思维,根据客户的实际需求和痛点,将飞利浦医疗领域产品、信息技术和专业服务整合起来形成覆盖健康全程的整体解决方案,解决客户的实际问题

  • Deeply understand the disease based clinical and business areas, such as cancer ( Liver, Lung, Prostate, Breast, Colon and stomach)

  • High performance on presentation of integrated solution to customers and win their confidence on Philips soluion以高水平的宣讲能力,将整体解决方案介绍给客户并取得客户的认可及信任

  • Strong communicate and cooperation with local sales team and co-find and grow solution funnels 与销售紧密合作,积极发现solution机会线索,领导并推动solution业务在中国增长

  • Closely and proactively cooperation and collaboration with departments of Modality and IT systems, and co-strength work together to push and grow solution business积极开展与modality和IT产品部门的合作,形成合力完善解决方案并一起推动solution业务发展

  • Proactively cooperation with KOL and relevant associations积极开展与KOL及相关行业协会的合作

  • Build good relationship with sales team and proactively train sales team with the solution related knowledge and skills积极主动建立与销售团队的相互信任的关系,培训销售在solution领域的知识

  • Proactively cooperation and collaboration with departments within ISC and support each other to achieve the success of ISC in Greater China积极建立与ISC 集团内部各部门的联系,相互配合取得工作上的成功

  • Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in medical equipment or informatics in healthcare industry

  • Have the knowledge and knowhow of Cross Modality and BG and to form a solution regarding solving the customers pain points
