Philips Channel Management Manager/Director in China

Responsibilities:

Setup of Channel management systems and processes

  • Follow up DMS development and connect with funnel

  • Develop and fine-tune processes for channel management

  • Secure data integrity

Provide Channel performance support.

  • Support Business partner performance tracking

  • Support Business partner certification tracking

Design and track Incentive programs

  • Design Incentive programs based on the channel transformation needs

  • Provide tracking support to the Channel Transformation team for the execution of Incentive programs.

Channel product pricing management

  • Collaborate marketing and F&A to issue quarterly standard price and promotion program then release to Business partners

  • Operate Business partner special price application

  • Propose Business partner incentive plan based on performance record

Qualifications:

Preferred Knowledge:

  • University degree and above

  • Knowledge in Channel management

  • Business partner relationship management

Skill Required:

  • Strategy thinking

  • Networking knowledge

  • Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Channel systems and processes setup

  • More than 2 years marketing/sales/channel management experience
