Setup of Channel management systems and processes
Follow up DMS development and connect with funnel
Develop and fine-tune processes for channel management
Secure data integrity
Provide Channel performance support.
Support Business partner performance tracking
Support Business partner certification tracking
Design and track Incentive programs
Design Incentive programs based on the channel transformation needs
Provide tracking support to the Channel Transformation team for the execution of Incentive programs.
Channel product pricing management
Collaborate marketing and F&A to issue quarterly standard price and promotion program then release to Business partners
Operate Business partner special price application
Propose Business partner incentive plan based on performance record

University degree and above
Knowledge in Channel management
Business partner relationship management
Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English
Experience in Channel systems and processes setup
More than 2 years marketing/sales/channel management experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to focus
Customer orientated (internal & external)
Thoroughness and good attention to detail
Possess initiative, business acumen and good presentation skills to effectively operate at mgmt. level.
