  • Implement and drive the Test Strategy

  • Develop, implement and drive the Master Test Plan

  • Develop & drive test plan per project

  • Implement and manage improvements

  • Test and application knowledge, single point of contact

  • Reporting any impediments from implementing successful testing

  • Monitor and Manage test health of the Project and System

  • Analyze requirements and specifications and translate these into test specifications.

  • Monitor and report execution of test activities according to plan: preparation -, creation -, execution - and closure of the test activities.

  • Reporting of test progress and test results.

  • Maintenance of test suites and test tools.

  • Coordination of testing activities according to plan: preparation -, creation -, execution - and closure of the test activities.

  • Coordinate supporting processes like defect management and configuration management to capture and manage defects, fixes, regression test cycles and data reloads.

  • Responsible that test activities are followed according to the defined and agreed test plans.

  • Responsible that test deliverables meet the quality criteria.

  • Coach other testers.

  • Certification requirements:

  • ISTQB: Advanced tester level

  • Lean Foundation (preferable)

  • Experience requirements:

  • Domain knowledge: > 5 years in the domain,

  • Test experience: > 3 years in test management

  • Agile Scrum

  • Test tool knowledge (pre HP-ALM)

  • Solid understanding of software integration, architecture and infrastructure

  • Master Data Management

  • Behavioral requirements (on top of certification - and experience requirements)
