Currently we are looking for Digital Analyst CEE who is passionate about analytics and can convert data and research into meaningful, actionable insights.
As a Digital Analyst CEE you will be the owner of Digital Marketing insight, with a focus on supporting Natural Search (SEO), eCRM (engagement, base growth), Paid Search (PPC), Affiliates, Display and Social Media. You will be responsible for producing data and reports and constantly looking for new ways to develop existing reporting through automation. Your role will include optimization, testing, analysis and insight.
Look for innovative ways of sharing and presenting insights to the business.
Support the optimization of campaigns and benchmarking performance across channels and countries.
Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Work on daily basics with digital marketing managers, agencies and 3rd party tools.
Support the business in better understanding of the digital marketing, customer behavior and market trends.
Feed this back as actions and recommendations to enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
Drive and champion the usage of digital data within the team and wider business.
Improve the way of communication and cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor or Master Degree.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable understanding of online marketing strategies
Experience in managing various marketing channels (Email, Affiliate, PPC, SEO and Social Media).
Knowledge of tools such as Double-Click and Omniture
A proven record in setting and achieving your targets and thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Able to work autonomously as well as having strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team
Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting critical deadlines.
Able to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table, whilst being passionate about online.

Role within Brand, Communication & Digital organization. Develops the digital program strategy to manage user experience throughout the customer decision journey, and ensures integration of relevant digital touchpoints such as Philips.com, Linkedin, Facebook, search, customer intimacy etc.
