As Business Analyst you will hold an individual contributor role, you will report to Sales Director and you will be responsible for developing relevant sales analytics and reports. These increasingly important data will influence strategic and tactical decisions regarding the sales team as well as fulfill monthly and quarterly business reporting requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance) to bring concepts to implementation.
By preparing the appropriate analysis you will have an impact on set up the strategy based on sales data.
Analysis of the profitability trends of sales based on advanced analytical tools
Analyzing deviations and preparing management comments
Preparation of proposals for changes and improvements resulting from the analyzes and forecasting of future effects of measures
Supporting implementation projects related to process improvement
Self-development of analytical tools for decision support
Developing conclusions and recommendations sales for operational activities
Estimation of the consumption market, and modeling sales
Working closely with the sales, trade marketing and customer care departments in monitoring the market situation
University degree (preferably in economics, econometrics or mathematics)
Min. 3 years of experience in the preparation of comprehensive analysis and development of conclusions and recommendations of actions
Experience in project implementation of the system of analytical tools to support decision making sales
Knowledge based on experience in the field of financial reporting and business
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel with knowledge of macros and VBA, Pivot, etc.)
Ability to think analytically and draw synthetic conclusions
Ability to independently plan and organization of work
Dynamics, entrepreneurship and pro-activity in action
Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication
Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
Fluency in English
