Philips Consumer Experience Manager in Warszawa, Poland

As Consumer Experience Manager you will be responsible for achieving Philips marketing objectives around consumer engagement, cross sell, upsell, marketing automation programs and growth of the database. This role crucial for building the CRM strategy in CEE as the competitive edge, in line with the overall company objectives, then strategy implementation and optimization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create short and long term CRM strategy based on company goals

  • Build and execute contact strategy

  • Support the brand vision development

  • Provide the strategic and operational support to the Category Marketing Managers to enable the marketing team to effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences. Work closely in the team loop with Marketing, Digital, Brand, Media.

  • Manage the execution of CRM campaigns and associated campaign reporting

  • Build consumer database which is enabling consumer segmentation

  • Effective use of consumer database to cross sell, upsell, build consumer relations

  • Use of tools like Eloqua, Cognos, Omniture

  • Adapt existing or create dashboards as required to provide visibility into marketing campaign performance

  • Responsible for quality and management of data

  • Act as key point of contact for Marketing, Brand and Digital

  • Closely cooperates with global CRM functions

  • Interact regularly with marketing and brand team to understand and strategize the execution and process flow of brand or category communication.

Your profile:

  • University degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with background in marketing, database management, project management

  • Extremely consumer oriented

  • Practical knowledge of CRM tools

  • Able to work autonomously as well as having strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team.

  • Fluency in English

  • Able to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table, whilst being passionate about online.

  • Resourceful and flexible in order to adapt to changing needs and balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player

  • Ability to multi-task and execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment

  • Solid communication skills, written and verbal
