As Customer Service Desk Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing customer orders mainly from hypermarkets. You will take full ownership of the ordering process, from order receipt until point of delivery to the customer. Therefore the position requires highest level of customer service and professionalism.
You will be responsible for:
Creating customer sales orders in the SAP system
Checking on delivery conditions and completeness of all orders
Communicate order confirmation to customers
Initiate commercial invoicing confirming the accuracy of the information on the invoices to limit later queries (quantity, price, discounts)
Handle complaint / return registration
Manage the complaints process
Organize and co-ordinate return deliveries
Process necessary documentation (credit notes) for returns received
Ensure the accuracy of such credit notes
Natural predisposition for Customers Service, like high interpersonal skills, capability of understanding customers’ needs, emotional balance and mature personality, excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of English language
Some experience with SAP will be an asset
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Great organization skills
