Currently we are looking for Field Force Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating Philips Personal Health Regional Sales Team in line with Company policies.
Managing a sales force team as well as building and developing the competencies of sales representatives by systematic training and coaching
Initiating and supervising implementation of promo activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Systematically analyze and report Philips product sales results, sell-out forecast, expectations, market, competition and trends
Identify trends, market info which are relevant for the future sales-strategy
Ensuring effective functioning of the sales department in terms of implementation of quantitative and qualitative objectives and administrative actions
Preparing forecasts for products sell-out and operating costs, and taking the correction action if needed
Effective implementation of promotional strategies in order to ensure the best visibility Philips’ products at the stores
Ensuring the highest standards of customer service through cooperation with Key Accounts Managers and Trade Marketing department
Monitoring of the market, competition and customer expectations
Optimizing the Customers database
Creating a positive image of the company by building long-term relationships with customers
Min 3 years of experience in managing a sales force team.
Experience in executing sales strategy.
Experience establishing and maintaining strong business relations.
Well-developed coaching and interpersonal skills.
Strong initiative, problem solving attitude.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Willingness for frequent travels
Very good command of English
