Philips Marketing Manager CEE in Warszawa, Poland

The role will cover whole CEE region, will require frequent travelling and will be located in Warsaw, Prague or Bucharest – depending on the winning candidate.

SRC is dynamically expanding within CEE region and we are looking for new opportunities for further acceleration of this growth.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

shape the growth, spot the new opportunities, creat marketing strategies and execute them. You will be in a unique position of creating new channels, new touchpoints while remodeling the business itself.

You are responsible for

  • Lead all marketing activities for SRC category within CEE

  • Translate the global strategy and assets into local needs and play key role in the BMC process

  • Lead the BMC plan execution

  • Create non-existing assets when needed for CEE

  • Advocate the needs of CEE region on the BG forum

  • Optimize the product portfolio in order to build a sustainable competitive advantage, achieve the financial results and provide long-term growth of the category

  • Work with data, perform analysis of market trends, competition and patient/physician/consumer needs and preferences in relation to a particular product / category or group of products

  • Supervise and guide distributors to shape their local marketing plans

  • Maintain an updated library of marketing literature and tools

  • Effectively launch new products and solutions

  • Effectively participate in the process of creation of new sources of growth (including new products, services and distribution channels)

  • Prepare digital marketing strategy for CEE markets, cooperate effectively with digital marketing teams to deploy it

  • Prepare and deploy annual marketing plans

  • Effectively cooperate with Sales Managers to maximize growth

  • Engage in cooperation with Key Customers to unlock growth

  • Engage in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders and lead expert marketing projects

  • Supervise A&P expenses and pitch for additional budget when ne

You are a part of

international team of professionals responsible for business growth within CEE region.. You will cooperate with both regional and global teams having an access to best practices of the SRC business.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree

  • Proven track record in marketing preferably from FMCG and/or pharmaceutical environment or medical devices field

  • Experience in digital environment (SEM, SEO, e-commerce)

  • Ability to work with data in order to make decisions

  • Fluent with P&L and financial data

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets

  • Ability to propose non-standard, or non-existing solutions and services and to make a case for those

  • Ability to build and effectively lead cross-functional teams

  • Experience in working with media houses and creative agencies as well as PR agencies

  • Experience in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders

  • Business drive

  • Fluent in English, very good ability to use MS Office
