Eager to strengthen Philips business and creating innovative marketing strategy for one of our categories? We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager Kitchen Appliances to join our team in Warsaw to manage the marketing activities for Philips Kitchen Appliances products. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of marketing strategy and providing recommendations for new directions for dedicated portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead all marketing activities for Kitchen Appliances category

  • Create and implement products’ marketing strategy; translate the global strategy into local needs

  • Optimize the product portfolio in order to build a sustainable competitive advantage, achieve the financial results and provide long-term growth of the category

  • Work with data, perform analysis of market trends, competition and consumer needs and preferences in relation to a particular category and / or product

  • Recommend long-term positioning of specific products and annual marketing communications (including marketing mix, advertising)

  • Prepare and deploy annual marketing plans

  • Participation in meetings organized for the Sales Department, presenting category strategies

  • Supervision of promotional and advertising expenses for a specific brand and / or products to ensure compliance of the actual expenditure of the budget


  • Higher education

  • Proven track record in marketing preferably from FMCG environment

  • Knowledge of the consumer products’ market (including premium brands)

  • Very good understanding of digital environment

  • Ability to work with data in order to make decisions

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets: sales and support budget

  • Experience in working with media houses and creative agencies as well as PR agencies

  • Business drive

  • Fluent in English, very good ability to use MS Office
