Philips Accounting Operations organization (AccOps) drives the core of the finance operations by focusing on 5 domains: Record to Report (RtR), Statutory (S&F), Order to Cash (OtC), Purchase to Pay process (PtP) and Indirect Tax harmonization and quality control. We manage and coordinate front office service delivery, ensure consistent implementation of global processes, and regional standardization across businesses by focusing on driving the right process quality metrics.
As Tax Compliance Manager for Poland and CEE you will have the freedom to take initiatives and to drive change. Leading “contract and document management” processes regarding contacts and documents preparation, collection and storage. Contract point for all enabling functions involved in “contract and document management” processes
Supporting Market Lead CEE and Market Tax Manager CEE with tax related topics/projects (tax advisory, data/documents support)
Supporting Market Lead CEE and Market Tax manager CEE with the tax CIT, WHT and TP audits handling (tax knowledge and documentation support)
Responsible for Transfer Pricing filing to the authority (to comply local rules applicable from 2017) and the underlying documents required for Transfer Pricing documents completion
Supporting Market Lead CEE (Chief accountant Poland) with CIT computations for Poland (the process supported by PWC PL) and risks assessments (CIT, VAT) for Poland and CEE
Stay updated with changes on tax rules and regulations in Poland and CEE countries
Other activities related to tax and compliance processes in Poland and CEE (such as: involvement in contracts tax review/approval in Poland, tax certificates, etc. )
Min. 4 years’ experience in tax compliance/advisory
Tax and Transfer pricing knowledge
Very good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, knowledge SAP is preferable
Fluent English - speaking and writing
Customer focus and business acumen
Good communication and influencing skills, team player, management skills
Pro-active and can do attitude
Ability to work under time/quality pressure, attention to details
