Philips Accounting Operations organization (AccOps) drives the core of the finance operations by focusing on 5 domains: Record to Report (RtR), Statutory (S&F), Order to Cash (OtC), Purchase to Pay process (PtP) and Indirect Tax harmonization and quality control. We manage and coordinate front office service delivery, ensure consistent implementation of global processes, and regional standardization across businesses by focusing on driving the right process quality metrics.

As Tax Specialist you will be part of Philips Accounting Operations (AccOps) Indirect Tax organization. You will be responsible for supporting Tax coordination and compliance within organization; performing activities required by corporate directives and policies and supporting internal/external audits.

Responsibilities :

  • Preparation/collection of all intercompany (incoming and outgoing) service contracts, organizing the contracts signing and storage

  • Organizing the underlying documentations collection and storage

  • Coordination the employees proofs gathering and storage

  • Supporting the tax audits with documents and proofs provisions

  • Others related to contracts, docs management and tax compliance topics


  • Min. 1 year experience in accounting/ tax compliance/ legal

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, knowledge SAP preferable

  • Customer focus and business acumen

  • Good communication and influencing skills, team player

  • Fluent English - – especially writing
