Philips Junior Marketing Manager Mother & Child Care / Adriatics in Zagreb, Croatia

  • Manage SKU portfolio/rationalization; responsible of Market Introduction Process

  • Support in the annual business planning cycle; input to strategy and target setting ; strong cooperation with key stakeholders (sales– digital – planning to co-own targets on category)

  • Building expertise of a channel specialist basing the knowledge on shopper insights, market data and best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers and identifying biggest growth opportunities for the channel.

  • Leading the creation of trade activation plan (LSAP) (channel strategy) for key categories in a channel under responsibility taking into account channel specifics and tailor made approach covering all 4 Ps - assortment, price, promotion, presentation and communication (in-out of store)

  • Develops and executes Channel/Account specific promotional activity, joint advertising and branding opportunities

  • Create and execute marketing plans and individual campaigns plans (in line with regional and local marketing strategy);

  • Manage together with digital team the category specific digital tools

  • Develop direct strong relationships with local KOLs (medical personnel, medical associations, baby care & breast feeding associations). Plan and organize relevant events and communication for medical community.

  • Develop market knowledge and consumer insights;

  • Manage relationship with advertising agency and with professional marketing agency

  • Act as prime interface to SEE Marketing manager;

In this role, you have the opportunity to drive Philips AVENT as the leading Mother and Child Care (MCC) brand in the Adriatic countries.

You are responsible for:

  • Building strong knowledge, usage and endorsement of Philips AVENT towards healthcare professionals;

  • Developing brand strategy, including but not limited to portfolio management (launch new products, portfolio optimization), development and implementation of consumer & professional marketing, trade marketing;

  • Developing strong consumer understanding, identify motivations, barriers and triggers;

  • Sharing local learnings with the regional teams;

  • Managing brand in store visibility and customer specific activations for MCC (and other brands in the specific channels)

  • Act as prime interface to the SEE Marketing manager.

  • You are a part of the SEE Personal Health Marketing team.

  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • University degree, preferably marketing studies;

  • Minimum 2 years of business experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing;

  • Background in fast moving, consumer electronics or pharma, preferably within a multinational organization;

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and having profit and loss responsibility;

  • Experience in driving brand awareness & knowledge via trade/digital/PR/events/CRM

  • Proven operational excellence when driving complex marketing projects;

  • Experience in building professional network, solid relationships and partnerships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Consumer & Customer oriented mindset;

  • Entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Team player;

  • Fluency in English and Croatian;
