At Philips Volcano we are working on industry leading solutions helping clinicians on deciding, guiding, treating and confirming the right therapy for each patient in real-time during image-guided therapies (IGT).
For our IGT Customer Service Center, we are currently looking for a Multilingual Customer Service (CS) Representative being the first point of contact for our customers regarding pre- or post-sales related questions and being based in the markets DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), Nordics, UK and France.
Your challenge is to provide quick and effective answers as well as collaborating with Philips expert staff, departments and functions.
As Multilingual Customer Service Representative you will:
Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions;
Understand the need of customers, determine priority and initiate action accordingly;
Operate relatively autonomous within procedures, methods and techniques;
Initiate escalations to the next level of competencies when required, including identification, registration and follow-up of incidents;
Complete your work with some degree of supervision.

The business also offers a suite of peripheral therapeutic devices. This is part of Philip’s industry leading solutions to help clinicians to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right therapy for each patient in real-time during image-guided therapies (IGT).
As Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of an international team (14 colleagues) and you will report into the Contact Center Manager, IGT Devices International.

We are looking for
Completed Vocational Education;
Fluent in German and English – another European language (such as French or Dutch) would advantageous;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as high intercultural awareness;
Experience with Customer Service processes in an international market environment would be advantageous;
Ability to work with Virtual/Remote teams;
Customer oriented and Service driven.
