In this role, you have the opportunity to
Track and optimize the Artificial Intelligence (AI) services & solution delivery to our customers globally. The topics are highly correlated with the strategy of Philips and offer many development opportunities.
You are responsible for
Coordinate and organize global installations and customer trainings of the IntelliSpace Discovery & AI products
Liaise with local Philips project managers, field service engineers, global order desk and customer representatives for timely delivery and adequate training of IntelliSpace Discovery & AI products
Organize the internal and external resources and stakeholders to drive order to cash process for solution deliveries
Organize and give “Train the Trainer” lessons to customers and/or Philips Clinical Application Specialists and Field Service engineers in global markets on product installation and user training
You are part of
A dynamic, growing international service team that delivers state-of-the-art technologies to apply to customers in clinical and research environments worldwide. We are working closely with several groups within Philips (e.g. MRI, CT, PACS, etc.) to provide an integrated, holistic offering of healthcare information technology using AI that is able to make a difference to patients and clinicians
As part of the Imaging Clinical Applications and Platforms (ICAP) business unit within Philips, a leading vendor of healthcare solutions, we leverage potentials of artificial intelligence to improve patients' health and facilitate workflows of physicians in clinical environments.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor/Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer science, Information Systems Engineering
Experience (3years+) and in-depth knowledge of customer service operations including field operations
Experience in leading and guiding international cross-functional teams
Experience in user training and installation of medical device software products, Medical Imaging related experience (MRI, CT, PACS, etc.) is desired
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems (e.g. Windows-based systems, network architecture)
Excellent written and oral communication in English and demonstrated ability to communicate appropriate information to customers and team members in a professional manner
