This position’s primary responsibility is performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
You are responsible for
Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Manufacturing Engineer or Manager.
Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause of malfunction.
Apply corrective repair to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or PLC related issues.
Direct and coordinate duties for contractors.
Support and adhere to facility and security procedures/protocols.
Respond to daily work requests within thirty (30) minutes or less for support production equipment operations adjustments, support validation or calibration jobs, etc. with prompt customer service.
Move items within clean room and workshop.
Support Manufacturing Engineer or Manager with senior management reporting and various facility operational requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School or equivalent and technical degree.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in Medical or electronic Industrial
Desirable experience in electrical Drawings and interpretation Schematics (electrical- logic )
Desirable experience in workshop machines (CNC, Milling Machine and lathe machine).
Desirable experience with Vision Systems and Automation Replace motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, sprockets, air lines, hydraulic hoses, solenoids, cylinders, PLC cards etc…
