This position’s primary responsibility is coordinating general building maintenance and office services activities for the Facilities Manager. Requires an experienced facilities technician who has a proactive “can do” approach to facilities management.
Ensure that all facilities procedures and documents are adequate, timely, and available in accordance with Company GSOP’s, ISO standards and FDA requirements.
You are responsible for
Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Facilities Manager.
Apply the preventive and corrective maintenance of the building and services to it
Check the appropriate process for on-site fumigation performed by a contractor.
Direct and coordinate duties for contractors.
Follow the work instructions and procedures regarding Facilities activities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Requires n Electromechanical or electrical technician of a technical institution or equivalent training.
Adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self training.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years facility technician experience in a manufacturing environment. This is not a must for junior a technician
Desirable Basic to intermediate English level.
Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations. Not a must for junior technician
