This position’s primary responsibility is coordinating general building maintenance and office services activities for the Facilities Manager. Requires an experienced facilities technician who has a proactive “can do” approach to facilities management.

Ensure that all facilities procedures and documents are adequate, timely, and available in accordance with Company GSOP’s, ISO standards and FDA requirements.

You are responsible for

  • Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Facilities Manager and facilities engineers

  • Apply the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities equipment and building.

  • Directs and coordinates duties for contractors.

  • Available on-call for facility, 24 hours per day/7 days per week to respond to daily work requests within thirty (30) minutes or less for Controlled and non controlled areas, like temperature and RH adjustments, lights out, etc. with prompt customer service.

  • Follow the work instructions and procedures regarding Facilities activities.

  • Check daily and repair according with procedures any situation with the cleanrooms and the rest of the facilities.

  • Participated at the improvement teams that the company has.

  • Supports and adheres to facility and security procedures/protocols.

  • Move items within/between building/warehouse.

  • Participates and promotes the energy saving in the facility.

  • Supports Facilities Manager with management reporting and various facility operational requirements.

  • Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Facilities Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


  • Requires n Electromechanical or electrical technician of a technical institution or equivalent training.

  • Adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self training.


  • Minimum three (3) years facility technician experience in a manufacturing environment. This is not a must for junior a technician

  • Desirable Basic to intermediate English level.

  • Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations. Not a must for junior technician
