In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support MES deployment in the facility and help in the solution of basic MES issues in the floor. The position demand medium knowledge in manufacturing and operation processes as well as material management knowledge.
You are responsible for
Ensure that problems are solved, either by own analyses or by escalation to line support function and chasing the solution.
They are also responsible for detect systematic issues than will can affect production floor.
Provides timely resolution of end-user problems following established procedures.
Provide support for production floor in the less time.
Train users on MES system, provide advice in the use of the system, support in solving problems and complaints and handle the escalation to the higher support function, in order to minimize the user complaints and maximize the performance of the MES system.
As necessary, performs other duties related to the department requirements.

Technical education or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
Medium English knowledge.
Ability to lead projects with limited supervision.
Supportive and service oriented person.
A team player who has good communication skills on several levels.
Pro-active, flexible and have a customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience with ERPs and/or manufacturing execution systems.
Computer skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ERP accounting systems.
2+ years of experience working and supporting Manufacturing Industry (Process) and Quality Systems.
Ability to work independently with low supervision.
Proven experience in problem solving using the problem solving methodology (PRIDE), A3.
SAP experience as a material handler or similar.
Medium knowledge of the SAP / MES system, systematic problem solving.
Change Management on PLM System, CN, ECT,CR control document creation.
