Your challenge We challenge you to support Philips as a Clinical Implementation Specialist. Implementation Specialists are primarily responsible for clinical ambulatory (patient) telemonitoring implementations and upgrades. This role will report to the Services Leader in Philips Wellcentive. Your responsibilities

  • Manages the configuration of Philips Ambulatory solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

  • Demonstrates, trains, and explains functionality of Philips solutions

  • Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions

  • Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple, complex solutions

  • Your team You will report directly to the Services Leader in Philips Wellcentive. The Services team is part of Philips Population Health Management division. Expected travel: 40 % on average . We are looking for The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills education and experience:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum 5 years of post-acute care experience in clinical settings or 3+ years practicing and 2 years’ experience implementing information technology or major quality improvement projects

  • Preferred implementation experience of medical software solutions and services

  • Preferred experience in developing clinical programs with documentation and processes that align with program goals and objectives.

  • Experience with telehealth and Remote Patient telemonitoring preferred

  • Preferred experience in training, educating, and instructing clinical and other users on features and operations of software applications

  • Proven competency in mapping the clinical settings practices to the application

  • Broad knowledge of the care setting operations

  • Ability to interface at multiple levels of the customer’s environment

  • Team player who is self-motivated and self-sufficient

  • Strong organizational capabilities and time management with the ability to multi-task daily

  • Strong analytical capacity with excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Detailed oriented to function in a fast paced environment with high level of accuracy

  • Ability to complete tasks on-time independently with minimal guidance;

  • Superb customer service skills, including high-level professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
