Customer Support

Ø Provides world class customer support via multiple channels to internal and external customers

Ø Takes a proactive role in personally owning and continuously improving the customer experience

Ø Provides initial response for technical and Clinical support, Parts ID, Field and Bench Repair teams

Ø Reconfirms customers’ needs by asking probing questions

Ø Performs self-monitoring of individual calls to ensure you are providing the highest level of world class customer support

Ø Uses knowledge, tools, and applications simultaneously to quickly connect care providers with solutions

Ø Responsible for verification of, and correct documentation relating to internal/external customers request for service

Ø Understands the relationship between individual performance and customer expectations

Ø Demonstrates exceptional soft skills in every customer interaction by conveying a positive attitude

Ø Proactive observation of internal processes submitting suggestions that will result in an positively enhanced customer experience

We welcome you to join Philips Healthcare as an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position requires interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Also must be able to handle and resolve complaints. An ideal candidate will be an expert in delighting customers and will possess the heart and commitment for assisting people and delivering world-class customer support.

You are responsible for

Provides world class customer support via multiple channels to internal and external customers. Receives customers’ requests by telephone, instant message, email, mail, etc. – analyzes requests, provides information requested. Develop and maintain customer relationships Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors. Process orders through PW. Responsible for purchasing/sourcing products to complete customer request. Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed. Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion. Responds to customers’ requests in a timely manner. Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders. Knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required. Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Returns and Replacements on problem orders/Warranties.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 1+ years of Industry Experience

  • Customer Service Experience Required

  • Good Communication Skills.

  • Computer literacy/Windows

  • Pleasant telephone voice/manner, ability to operate office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.

  • Associate Degree Preferred

  • High school education or equivalent required.
