In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establish operational objectives and plans and must delegate responsibility for program objectives to operational and functional leaders. You will be involved in developing, modifying and executing company-wide policies that affect immediate operations and will have broad impact.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Consolidate various productivity projects/work streams into an overall Productivity Program
Hold the various project leaders accountable to deliver targeted results and ensuring that they comply with reporting timelines and requirements
Collaborate with senior leaders and managers across the organization (i.e., Services, BIU’s, Operations, etc.) to continuously and actively identify productivity improvement opportunities and structure them into projects with the right resources and tools
Participate in project team meetings as necessary to provide support and guidance
Regular status reporting of the Productivity Program to key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Service leadership, Executive Leadership, and Global Service leadership
Implement a governance structure and cadence to ensure commitments are kept and deliverables are met on time
Enlist support from Business Transformation resources to ensure that best practices and continuous improvement tools and methods (e.g., Lean, Kaizens, Problem Solving, Daily Management, etc.) are engrained in the project’s standard ways of working
Enlist support from Finance resources to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of productivity benefits
Identify risks and initiate risk mitigation to ensure deliverables are met
Collaborate with other Productivity Program leaders (e.g., Sales, Operations, BIU’s, etc.) to share best practices and key learnings
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s / 4-year business degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of project management methodologies; Project Management experience or certification strongly preferred
Six Sigma / Lean certification preferred
Ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple working groups.
Ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals
Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to guide productivity improvement initiatives, including process redesign activities
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to different stakeholders and organizational levels on operational and financial performance
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and present data and information to different stakeholders and organizational levels.
Knowledge of financial and accounting processes
Demonstrated operational analytics and financial analysis capabilities.
