You are responsible for

The Operations Project Manager (OPM), will be responsible for managing operational readiness and service enablement for the Philips remote monitoring solutions, with primary focus on Philips Medication Adherence Solution (PMAS). The PM coordinates initiatives and activities with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to ensure processes are in place to operationalize PMAS in North America and Global markets as part of the remote patient monitoring solution offerings.

Our goal is to execute a best practice approaches to ensure the seamless and effective availability of new products, services and applications to customers in key markets in Globally.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • The management, coordination and execution of operations and service definition for the implementation of remote patient monitoring solutions.

  • Creates and maintains project implementation plans to include work breakdown structure, issue management, risk management, scope management and project communication.

  • Customer focused, with ability to build strong relationships/partnerships with third party vendors and customers.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with program implementation and support provided by third party vendors.

  • Serve as a point of escalation to resolve customer issues.

  • Ability to create, document, develop and maintain operational process and procedures for the deployment and implementation of software solutions, ordering products, supplier performance, reverse logistics, refurbishment, warehousing, etc.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:

  • Develop and implement plans for ensuring mechanisms are in place to measure and address issues across all geographies

  • Provide coordination to: sales, supply chain and 3rd party vendors.

  • Customer facing training, support and interaction for business

  • Manages and controls projects by the use of a repeatable methodology, in terms of project completion within the acceptable cycle time; mitigate project technical risks and raise issues as needed to keep project on track; gain customer acceptance; and proper transition to support.

  • Manages resource productivity and efficiency (implementation methodology, documentation, toolsets, and individual contributor development).

  • Provides input to process improvement activities based on evolving business requirements, customer needs, and regulatory mandates.

  • Actively participates in understanding, providing input, and following organizational and departmental changes.

  • Participate /Conduct in business review meetings and monitor KPIs on a regular basis.

  • Review and monitor monthly reporting from Spenser and Catalyst.

  • Reconcile monthly billing/invoicing between customers and vendors.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 5+ years of relevant complex project management experience.

  • Customer Implementation experience of medical devices and software

  • Customer management/engagement experience

  • Vendor management experience

  • Healthcare background preferred

  • Clinical experience: RN, Pharmacist, RT preferred

  • Knowledge of Medical Device Management preferred

  • PMP certification highly desirable

  • Experience with project management software. MS Project expertise

  • Experience in Lean methodologies and process mapping desirable

  • Willingness to support a nascent business and grow it: processes, tools, documentation etc.

  • Excellent Communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Focus on deliverables, result driven

  • Experience in global/international operational readiness for a product launch

  • Change Manager, able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders within Business and Partners

  • Ability to work in a highly regulated field; FDA knowledge preferred

  • Ability to work in ambiguity with high degree of autonomy

  • Comfortable traveling 30 - 40% of the time
