As Analyst– Engagement – Consumer / Direct2Consumer (D2C) you are responsible for analysing Voice Of the Customer (VOC) data and Consumer data to gather customer feedback and drive action through insights in support of the key KPI’s for Consumer Engagement and Care. You combine experience in insights and analytics with an unwavering focus on the consumer. You are passionate about data and will play an important role in creating a data driven culture of customer obsession throughout the D2C organization.

You are responsible for

  • Extensive regular analysis of consumer feedback insights via NPS, R&R and other forms of consumer feedback to identify issues and new trends

  • Develops and reports easily consumable, visualized dashboards of customer metrics for key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Makes suggestions to improve data quality or for inclusion of new data sources.

  • Understand business requirements and provide data solutions enabling insights driven actions

  • Create high-quality customer insights on existing customer base, find opportunities to reach valuable customers.

  • Develops value based customer segmentation and profiling for target audiences based on common characteristics inclusive of purchase history, consumer type, consumer behavior, and demographics in close alignment with Personal Health Marketing cluster..

  • Participates in customer journey mapping using analysis of customer needs, pain points, VOC and customer data. You are a part of A newly formed team within (Digital) Marketing playing an essential role in driving sustainable growth and a company-wide transformation into a health tech solutions provider. You will be part of a highly agile, insight-led, data-driven, digitally savvy and networked ‘Customer First’ community of professionals, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities as mention above to maximize impact. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master or Bachelor's degree

  • +5 years of IT experience in a digital environment

  • A substantial knowledge in customer insights, digital analytics. Experience with CRM segmentation, data mining, database marketing strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with market and customer research techniques and strong working knowledge of analytical tools and sharp predictive skills to work on large amounts of data

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence at different levels of the organisation.

  • Fluency in business English

  • Effective communication of analysis and proposals to different audiences.

  • Excellent analytical thinking to be able to interpret large amounts of information and synthesize insights

  • Strong critical thinking to identify and synthesize patterns from emerging trends and translate into actionable recommendations for Philips

  • Ability to interpret and report on performance and make recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • Must be detailed oriented.

  • Ability to communicate ideas at various levels within the company
