In this role, you have the opportunity to
represent the eyes and ears of the consumer in the Engagement Strategy & Creation function. You will own the evolution and application of global Consumer Sketches in defining the communications strategy as the basis of Launch and Engagement marketing activities.
You are responsible for
Design programs that build brand preference, acquisition, conversion and retention for a given consumer group - defining the narrative across all touchpoints.
Own and drive the definition of channel, content, and creation strategy for key Consumer audience.
Validate and evolve new requests in line with consumer needs.
Design and interpret ethnographic research to inform consumer values, behaviors and motivations.
Partner with Creation Manager to receive and validate Intake Briefs with consumer needs, defining audience and marketplace insights to drive powerful Creation Briefs, audience engagement strategy and execution.
Partner with Creation manager to write inspiring briefs and briefings for agencies and internal teams
Works closely with Insights & Analytics (I&A), Direct to Consumer (D2C) and markets to ensure Consumer Sketches are enriched over time - aggregating performance, marketplace and trend data to give a rich, clearly understood 360° view of our global consumers’ needs.
Define top consumer moments for brand interaction including size of opportunity for the business (NPS, commercial, brand awareness, acquisition, retention, loyalty) for each consumer segment
Identify audience’s high impact journeys & drive focus on high traffic media moments & organic behaviour
Initiate briefs to develop audience and market right engagement strategies and content plans, partnering with Brand Activation, Creation Manager and Markets to ensure they are activated and optimized effectively overtime.
You are a part of
Working in partnership with the Creation Manager, Markets and Insights and Analytics teams, you will be responsible for driving powerful campaign execution and content that travels effectively. You will co-create the global media strategy for an audience with the Marketing, Media Planning & Operations team and Activation teams, working effectively with the best external partners to help us transform and deliver true consumer centricity and best in class execution to drive the desirability of the Philips brand and performance of the Consumer business.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BA / Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Cross-channel and content strategy background – experience in digital channels and journey planning prioritised
Experience in developing and evolving effective consumer journeys.
Consumer Engagement development and implementation to support integrated seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions and activations
Experience in maintaining clear and comprehensive marketing plans across all channel engagement
Proven strength in developing and evaluating strategies and effective creative work to raise the bar on brand and performance marketing effectiveness
Expertise in driving cross-functional alignment behind audience strategy
Experience in initiating and interpreting the right consumer research for projects
