Brand Creation Manager
Supports the BC lead implementing the 3-5 year global brand communication strategy and positioning platforms. You are responsible for delivering measurable business impact, ensuring that our brand propositions are preferred by our consumers and shoppers throughout the world through integrated cohesive, holistic 360° marketing campaigns. You elevate the distinctiveness and consistency of select BG projects by leading their effective execution across channels and aligning with internal functions. You represent the brand creation team in project decision-making platforms to drive executional excellence, on time and on budget. You manage internal stakeholders to align strategy and execution (and an intern to support when appropriate) on projects.

Based on the global brand strategy, you will assist in the development and implementation of the 3-5 year brand communication strategy and positioning platforms for Oral Healthcare.
Lead the development of integrated campaigns including strategy, planning, creative development, content creation and support activation.
You understand and act on the main drivers for campaign effectives and sales in order to drive MROI.
You will report into the Brand Creation Lead and work closely with the Category Business Managers representing the brand creation team on campaigns and projects.
Collaborates with Lead markets to develop 360° winning integrated campaigns in an efficient way and support activation for the brand activation team with a laser sharp focus on delivering ROI
Develop strong partnerships with the global advertising and media agency networks to ensure strong work and partnership across projects
Drive and share learnings across markets and replicate best practices
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2–5 years of (international) marketing experience
University level degree in business, strategic marketing or communications and excellent academic track record
Strong project management skills
Experience in developing and managing effective marketing projects
Strong understanding of consumer media behavior to plan campaigns effectively
