In this role, you have the opportunity to
lead the development of our direct online customer engagement. You will be the linking pin between business and technology. Closely connected to many stakeholders within our organization you will ensure we deliver the right online capabilities and results in line with Philips’ ambitions.
Based on your strong experience in direct online and eCommerce you will drive the operationalization and continuous improvement of this capability, including processes, tools, data and people aspects, and ensure adoption in our markets and businesses. Your success will be in growing our online maturity and driving tangible impact.
The domain you will cover includes the way we communicate and share relevant information about Philips solutions and services to existing and potential customers, the ability for customers to buy these solutions and services, the management of entitlements and methods to capture user experience and tailor offers and messaging to specific target segments. Focus area will be the Business to Business (BtB) environment that is strongly aimed at the healthcare market, including professional buyers/users, patients and payers.
You are responsible for
Creating the vision, prioritization and timely realization of required direct online and eCommerce capabilities
Leading the design, build and deployment of to-be and optimize current ways we offer direct online
Be the process custodian, safeguarding standard work, facilitating best practice sharing, delivering real change in line with program and business expectations, driving adoption and maturity development through continuous improvement
Deliver sustainable process performance and impact realization based on defined Key Performance Indicators and objectives in order to meet our overall agreed business goals and objectives
Ensure End2End alignment of dependencies within the sales and marketing domain and with adjacent domains like innovation, development, fulfilment, and other relevant functions.
Maintain, develop, and safeguard standard process architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF) in line with the Philips Business System (PBS) guidelines
Be the go-to person and sparring partner for peers and stakeholders in the various programs , markets and businesses for direct online
Collaborate and maintain relationships with the IT organisation for platform selection and activation and with the Philips University for the development and delivery of training
Build and operate a strong network of partners, subject matter experts and peers in Markets, Businesses and other functions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
You are a part of
a diverse, global Business Transformation team in what is called Market to Order (M2O), which delivers new and improved marketing and sales capabilities to our markets and businesses. We manage a portfolio of End-to-End transformation programs that drive the impact and continuous improvement of deployed capabilities to ensure sustainable contribution to the overall performance of Philips.
You will closely collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization in innovation, proposition development, sales & marketing, business management and finance and operate a strong network with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers in markets, businesses, supporting functions. And you will be reporting to the Business Process Owner M2O.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A seasoned professional with 10+ years proven experience in End to End direct online and eCommerce in a B2B environment. Experience in the B2C environment is a pre.
Demonstrable knowledge of current online eCommerce tooling and technology
Pragmatic, hands-on business insight, understanding the value of standard work to drive sustainable business impact. Able to design, deploy and manage this with an impact over effort mind-set
Strong project management skills and experience. PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
Track record in continuous improvement and change management (Lean, Problem Solving, Daily Management). LEAN/Six Sigma certification strongly desired
Familiar with process design principles and IT development
Working knowledge of Philips or companies with similar solutions and services
Influencing and communication skills to challenge, educate, guide, convince and gain commitment at all levels
Solutions mind-set, able to tackle complex problems considering alternatives and consequences
Solid leadership and coaching skills, with cross-functional teams, using management by influence
Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them
Willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
Fluent in English-speaking and writing, other international languages preferred
Master degree level through education or experience
