Communications Program Lead, Future Health Index
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop and drive Philips’ flagship research-based Communications program, to build the company’s thought leadership position in the health technology space.
You are responsible for
Developing and activating Philips’ flagship, research-based, Communications program to build the company’s reputation. The Future Health Index (FHI) examines the role of technology in the health system to help determine the readiness of countries to address global health challenges and build sustainable, fit-for-purpose national health systems
Enabling market teams to localize and effectively activate the program in their local context
Supporting Philips executive leadership and Communications leads with program-generated content for targeted communications opportunities
Building a program activation network across the global & markets Brand, Communications, Digital & Marketing teams
Managing program content creation, working with agency and internal resources, resulting in broad communications toolkits
Measuring the program impact and adapting tactics based on outcomes
Managing program budget
You are a part of
The Communications Center of Excellence (CCoE), a team of communications specialists who oversee global Philips strategic communications planning and programs, content creation, channel management and measurement of global Philips communications content and channels. The Communications Center of Excellence is a sub-team of Philips Integrated Communications & Events, which is part of the Philips Brand, Communication, Digital & Marketing function.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A results-oriented senior communications leader with a Masters degree, and at least 8-10 years’ experience, in strategic B2B /B2G communications/marketing in an international/matrixed environment
Proven track record of driving strategic, complex programs and planning processes, with many moving parts, across a wide variety of organizational pockets
Healthcare industry experience and the ability to develop content strategies based on deep topical healthcare studies
Strong senior stakeholder management skills; you are a confident and fact-based advisor to senior management and a trusted partner to peers
Strong analytics skills, ideally experience in research analysis
Experience in market activation and agency management
High energy, creative and demonstrated ability to build key relationships and lead to positively influence stakeholders and drive effective collaboration
Fluency in English, with mastery in writing/content creation
