You are responsible for
Implementing Lean/CI methodologies for CCI across the value chain
Delivering impactful results tied to Business priorities through the application of Lean methodologies, with a sustainable behavioral change to ensure long term competitive advantage
Driving operational excellence by challenging the status quo, creating a transformational vision for meaningful long-term success
Driving and executing business strategies and improvement projects, working with key stakeholders to define objectives, metrics, strategy, ,and execution plan
Deploying Daily Management and Problem Solving to drive business performance
Creating a culture in which departments focus on the needs of the (internal) customer
Developing internal Lean capabilities at all levels within the organization and coaching team members and management on consistent Lean behaviors

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering required with at least 5 years relevant working experience with continuous improvement in a globally operating company in a regional or global role or as a consultant working with lean for large organizations
Multi-industry and multi-function continuous improvement experience
Strong proven background in Daily Management, Hoshin Planning, and Problem Solving
Influencing skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You facilitate workshops with energy and fun
Experience in operating in a highly matrixed organization and able to connect with people throughout the organization
You are an experienced trainer and coach
You are a role model for the right Lean behaviors and have a quality mindset – you flag issues and are not afraid to speak up with the aim to make problems visible
Open for self-reflection and the willingness to constantly learn
You easily connect to others at multiple levels of the organization, from shop-floor to senior management
It is considered an advantage If you have experience with Agile
