Team lead focused on Process and Systems to support Automated Planning and Reporting.

As part of the Finance Management Systems group you will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of financial reporting systems and automation of processes within FP&A through Robotics or automated reporting solutions. You will lead a team of 4 direct and 20 indirect employees.

You are responsible for

  • Support Financial Management Systems group in their daily use of back office systems such as, but not limited to SAP BPC, Performance Management Accounting and the Microsoft Reporting Stack (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).

  • Drive the newly built Robotic Initiatives for FP&A efficiency gains.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate processes including reconciliation of data, reporting, and analysis. Support continuous improvement and evaluate impact and prioritization of individual projects.

  • Own and design new systems and/or current system enhancements, process changes, and other improvements in order to achieve scalability and to support new business initiatives

  • Provide expert-level support for all of our financial systems

  • Implement integrations between our SAP BPC and SQL solutions and all the other systems that supply data to it

  • Deep understanding of key financial models and metrics to ensure that the Financial systems meet reporting requirements

  • Ability to harmonize and optimize Planning applications and Financial databases

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar work experience. Master’s Degree Preferred.

  • 10+ years’ experience working with financial reporting, Month End closing cycles and Lean methodologies including deployment of a business intelligence platform is required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Management experience in a large international matrix environment is required

  • Strong partner management skills is required.

  • A proven track record showing a deep technical knowledge and functional experience with financial and operational reporting, budgeting, planning, business analytics and data architecture.

  • SAP, BPC, SAP BW, SQL Server experience preferred

  • Strong affinity with lean processes and tools

  • Takes dedicated ownership and accountability for independent analytical work or process coordination and improvement.

  • Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain partnership of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
