You will play a key role in the transformation of the new Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization and will become the FP&A spoke towards the ISC project team on Industry Operations related topics. The Global Integrated Supply Chain organizations integrate all global procurement, manufacturing and supply chain activities across the company to achieve benefits of scale.

We are looking for an enthusiastic FP&A Analyst Operations who will join our FP&A COE Operations team in Amsterdam. This COE (Centre of Excellence) provides high-quality reporting & analytics towards a diverse set of internal customers (factories, business groups, and several Group functions).

You are responsible for

  • Become the FP&A project team member of the ISC transformation team with a focus on manufacturing;

  • Lead the FP&A/finance related ISC projects and recommend solutions to cope with the new set-up;

  • Translate new customer requirements into standard service offering and embed this into the organization in close cooperation with our global finance hub in Chennai;

  • Actively review existing FP&A reporting & analysis solutions and make proposals for improvement;

  • Perform regular customer pulse checks to ensure high customer satisfaction on our FP&A deliverables;

  • Have a direct reporting line into the FP&A Director Industry Operations Lead.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Have a finance background with experience/interest in an industrial/factory environment;

  • Be a self-starter, who easily makes new connections in the organization;

  • Possess a ‘can do’ mentality;

  • Embrace a changing culture, i.e. have a continuous improvement mindset and dare to challenge the ‘status quo’;

  • Show ambition to work with advanced reporting solutions like Qlikview and PowerBI;

  • Wish to show and further develop your project management skills.
