You are responsible for
Strengthening and improving analytics infrastructure, to actively generate insights, identify trends and lead Philips towards the next steps of proactive and predictive analytics.
Acting as a bridge with various sub-functions, people strategy and other analytics functions
Identifying areas where Philips can improve workforce experiences, effectiveness and impact by generating and testing relevant hypotheses
Generate insights linked to Philips People Strategy and operations in various HR sub functions as well as businesses and markets
Actively set-up and drive ongoing collaboration and value creation with other Analytics teams in Philips
Managing further culture change throughout the HR function towards data driven and future impact oriented decision-making
Mentoring and guiding the team across various areas of subject matter expertise as well as driving cohesiveness between the teams in the Netherlands and India.
Ensuring the People Analytics team is sufficiently exposed to external People Analytics thought leadership in order to develop and grow
Reviewing the current suite of tools and technologies being used for reporting against context of future requirements in collaboration with other HR sub-functions as well as ensuring the availability and usage of reports to support Philips leaders.
Creating further awareness within Philips of the People Analytics department’s capabilities and services.
You are part of the People Strategy and Analytics team and will report into the head of this function. This role is a global position and is based from the Headquarters in Amsterdam.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree, or equal through work experience, with extensive experience with data analysis and knowledge of statistics and data management
A broad experience and understanding of an HR function
Capable of leading complex global projects as well as the ability to design and execute large scale, change management activities
Experience of building and leading an international, multiple located team
Strong experience working cross-functionally to establish and improve processes.
Disciplined and comfortable with accountability for meeting challenging objectives.
A can-do attitude with the confidence to present complex data-based insights to senior executives as well as being able to challenge them
Can successfully multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Deep interest, curiosity, and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of and/or experience with the following is a plus: Workday, Qlik, R, Python
