In this role, you have the opportunity to co-develop and drive business specific People Strategy, translating strategic objectives of Global Finance Function into an effective HR Roadmap and People Plan. You will provide strategic and transactional HR support to the stakeholders and be part of a transformation journey.
You are responsible for:
Partnering with diverse stakeholders within Finance to execute and drive HR roadmap in line with Function vision, mission and strategy and co-create/implement strategic human resources management plans and projects that directly support Finance 2020 targets, Annual Hoshin and DRIVE agenda (Digitalization, Right First Time, Integration, Value Creation and Employee Engagement)
Provide advice to different leadership team members on people-related issues, challenge people managers- as appropriate - in order to ensure integrated people and talent and organizational strategies
Build talent&capability development programs within Finance, enable talent moves across domains, geographies with Talent Exchange Planning and coaching /mentoring of critical position holders
Act as critical HR support in execution of strategic HR processes such as SWP and Succession Planning in domains
Operate as an internal consultant, acting as a change agent on transformation agenda, key people and organizational issues to sustain strong performance culture.
Drive cultural transformation and act as a steward of Operating Model
Uses diagnostics skills, business acumen and customer relations to identify, articulate and deliver value proposition at the senior management level
Partner with, consult with and influence the business area on HR needs to enable delivery of business targets
Coordinate capability development and workforce planning
Drive the people elements of transformation and change
Consult with the CoEs to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model
Lead culture and change management and support the transformation across the company to become in line with PBS
You are part of HR group that partners with Finance, Internal Audit, IT, PIO, BT, GBS and Global Security. Key stakeholders of this position are senior leaders, people managers and employees in Finance. You will be supported by Market HR Managers, HR CoEs such as Talent Acquisition and Integration Talent Management Partners, Rewards, Philips University professionals.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University Degree, ideally in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, counselling or business) Master’s degree is a plus
More than 7 years of experience in operational HR matters within a complex and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, systems and procedures.
Previous experience in a HR Manager and/or Business Partnership role.
Analytical skills to diagnose organizational issues and provide solutions.
Must have working knowledge of organizational design, performance management, change management and state respective employment laws.
Planning, organizational and project management skills. Able to work under pressure and manage time and resources effectively – managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and situational leadership skills – develop strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results especially in matrixed environment.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
