In this role, you have the opportunity to

Direct and guide the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by performing organizations and/or staff, ensuring execution is in line with the business strategy. Being responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant internal/ external policies, procedures and standards. Supervise, resource, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Set targets and track performance indicators on programs. Give direction and enable complex, integral programs, interact with multiple Businesses and / or Knowledge Centers inside and outside Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Staying up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to improve the goals of each program and maximize the alignment

  • Deployment of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and make the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes

  • Ensure cross-pollination, maintain a historical database for estimate of future programs, handle lessons learned, incorporate continuous improvement, facilitate harmonization across functions and departments

  • Provide business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, report on performance to the hierarchical superior of the project managers for the purpose of appraisal and conduct evaluation at the end of the program

  • Provide a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects

You are a part of

You are part of the Personal Health Innovation team reporting to Personal Health Innovation lead.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified

  • Experience in leading multi-site, cross-functional programs

  • Shown experience in being responsible for harmony between projects within a program and for alignment between programs

  • Experience in ensuring the maintenance of a historical database for estimates of future programs

  • Professional knowledge on a wide range of meaningful technologies

  • Knowledge of the guidelines for Sponsors and Stakeholders of projects

  • Having excellent soft-skills.

  • Led multi-site, cross-functional programs

  • Experience in driving long term changes for a business
