In this role, you have the opportunity to
Get involved in setting up new procurement strategies enabling the Human resources business to stay on top of industry trends and especially the digitalization of HR services.
You are responsible for
HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholder interaction
Procurement contracts database (ensuring that the process is taken care of from end to end)
Supplier consolidation exercise
Run tender processes as new needs come up
Identify new areas business and procurement should look into
Manage all master data requirements of this commodity (OSCAR, SIS, AGB)
Communication from global procurement towards local (country) procurement representatives
You are a part of
The Global procurement team that looks after all personnel, business and mobility spend/contracts/suppliers. A remote team (Amsterdam, Eindhoven in NL + Poland / India).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Final year of BSc or Master degree; Procurement, Supply Chain, HR or any other relevant field
Prior experience in corporate environment / prior experience in procurement a plus
Strong command of MS Office and good analytical skills; affinity with numbers and figures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English is a must have
Eagerness to learn how procurement acts at global level
Not afraid of taking ownership of repetitive tools and processes
Open-minded, Pro-active is key (your role can be as broad as you make it)
