Be fully part of the Planning and Performance Analysis (PPA), Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Center of Excellence CoE Business Group (BG) Support Team. In this role, you will deliver financial planning, reporting, and analysis to the leadership of Personal Health BG’s. This role is really in the heart of the business strategy and performance allowing experiencing and contributing from the inside how both short-term performance and long-term strategy are driven.
You are responsible for
Financial planning and analysis activities on PH BG’s P&L and Balance Sheet.
Coordinating reporting and analytics within the team and across all parties providing information to the team. Identifies and implements opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting and analytics.
Analyses and reports on business performance during monthly & quarterly financial reporting cycles.
Perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, price/volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.
Participates in various cross Business Finance improvement projects. Actively contributes to realizing process improvements.
Provide guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A related matters and provide training on new reports, analytics, reporting/ planning instructions, tools, changes, etc.
You are a part of
You will be part of a team of Analysts within the PPA (CoE), reporting into FP&A Personal Health Team Lead. You will be working closely with the BG Leadership team and with all CoE across Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and Chennai, and be an integral part of the BG Finance team alongside the Finance Business Partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BSc or MSc in Finance or related studies
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends & analysis through data
Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint is a pre
Delivers meaningful, accurate and timely reporting, analysis and planning support for senior analysts, managers. and FP&A stakeholder
Curious mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills
Works efficiently & with eye for detail; high-quality standards
Self-starter, can work autonomously and sets his/her own agenda
Takes pro-active ownership and accountability for independent analytical work or process coordination and improvement.
