In this role you have the opportunity to
Be an important player in a network of colleagues from several group departments, driving global change effort to improve Philips’ structural performance.
You are responsible for
Supporting standardization and continuous improvement activities that improve different practices within Group Performance Management (GPM)
Supporting the deployment of digital performance management dashboard in different layers of the organization;
Executing and improving the communication plan for GPM key processes, utilizing variable communication channels;
Analysis and insight generation on performance management related topics (e.g. Business planning and execution, Goal setting and cascading).

The central Accelerate! Business Transformation organization and a core member of the Group Performance Management team.
You will be working at our office in Amsterdam
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Studying towards your University Master in Sciences in: Business Administration, Business (International) Management, Strategic Management or Marketing Management
Relevant knowledge and experience in project management, performance management analytics, tools, reporting
Knowledge of application of MS Office tools, including SharePoint
Expert level English and knowledge of additional languages preferred
Creativity and business sense, ability to ‘think outside the box’
Easy communicator and good sense of humor
