Join one of the world’s leading Electronics companies based at the global HQ in Amsterdam. Working on Male Grooming as part of the Global Brand Creation team, you will be involved in defining the strategies and developing work that will run across the globe!

You are responsible for

As part of a fast-developing marketing discipline within one of the biggest and most dynamic categories at Philips, you will be influencing and executing global creative campaigns. Specifically you will be involved in :

  • Creation of global 360o marketing campaigns across all channels from film to packaging

  • Development of global and local communications strategies and toolkits

  • Category defining creative execution of key global marketing initiatives

You are a part of

The Male Grooming Brand Creation team is part of Global Marketing at Philips, and consists of highly motivated marketers with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. The team is eager to welcome a new team member who will support on key marketing projects. You will receive training and coaching on the different aspects of marketing and campaign development. The primary focus of Brand Creation Male Grooming is to produce stand-out and effective creative campaigns, so a passion for new ideas and good creative judgement are crucial.

To help you will be joining and contributing to a team with the lead role in the creative process and a positive atmosphere to enable you to show your full capabilities and potential. Apart from the Global Marketing team, you will be working closely with the Global Male Grooming Business Group and Global Creative and Media agencies.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Bachelor/Master student in Marketing & Communications, Design, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics

  • Passionate about and knowledgeable on consumer marketing and media trends

  • Self-driven, executional oriented, creatively minded with an eye for good design and detail

  • Hard-working and motivated team-player

  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop a bonus)

  • Available as soon as possible
