Then the position of Business Manager in our Cardiology Informatics Business might be your next challenge.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage, activate, coordinate, monitor and implement business plans and strategies by being the main point of contact to the local markets and country organizations

  • Own, create, improve and realize the Annual Operating (Business Market Combination; BMC) Plans

  • Responsible for key financial and enabler metrics of the BMC plans in the year and growing the top and bottom line with strategic ambition

  • Partner with Business Leader and Market’s Business Marketing Managers (BMM) to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with the Markets

  • Work with Business and Market Leaders to identify BMC opportunities and resolve shortfalls vs. plan

  • Be the escalation point and advocate with Business for the Markets and vice versa to enable smooth functioning of the BMC and performance against plan

  • Deliver business performance according to KPIs such as Demand and Lead Generation, Funnel Health, OIT, Sales, Market Share and Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and Marketing ROI

  • Channel market needs back into the BUs to build global roadmaps that balance local relevance with global efficiency. Represent Voice of the Customer to assure that Market’s Innovation needs are included in the overall Business strategy

  • Support Markets with knowledge, resources etc. needed for Demand and Lead Generation, OIT and Sales. Improve the competency and empower the Marketing & Sales teams by educating, sharing best practices, establishing consistent ways of working, and enforce metric driven accountability.

  • Drive strategic improvements in Go-To-Market and Business Models, Channel Design and Development. Contribute to long-term Strategic Projects and Solutions offerings

  • Provide inputs to the S&OP process as needed

  • Exchange best in class examples and approaches between Markets

  • Benchmark with competitors in relevant Markets

  • Act as pivoting element between different functions such as Global Marketing Team, FP&A, Software Customer Service and Commercial Organizations

  • New Business Development and Sales: identify, define and initiate additional growth initiatives

  • Lead Field Marketing and Sales Support teams and processes. Own and drive downstream activity around NPI’s

  • Provide Executive Lean Leadership; guide and coach teams in Daily Management, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement

Your team

We are a small and very focused group of senior leaders from a variety of backgrounds continuously raising the bar for business performance. Our mission is to make our global Enterprise Diagnostic Imaging (EDI) group excellent in every sense and to enable the markets to perform and transform. You will report to the EDI Commercial Leader and will have an international team (4 FTE) reporting to you.

We are looking for

  • University degree in Healthcare, Business or Engineering discipline; MBA strongly preferred

  • 10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Product Management or related field

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business and project plans in relevant industries working with the full marketing mix and various distribution business models and channels

  • Proven track record in successfully driving the performance and engagement of people, teams and stakeholders while developing talent capability

  • Experienced in working effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse environment

  • Entrepreneurial spirit!

  • Thorough understanding of the global and local marketing and sales processes, and Value proposition creation and articulation

  • Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management: ability to share powerful messages to C-level executives with flair

  • Strong personal communication and influencing skills, be able to inspire, convince and mobilize people

  • Proven ability to write and execute marketing plans including digital and social

  • Ability to assess creative ideas on potential value creation

  • Lean methodologies & skills
