You are responsible for
Sales and Operations Planning for the business ensuring market demand is in line with future growth and can be met at high performance level.
Industrialization of new products and mid-life upgrades ensuring first time right and 100% launch performance.
Defining the Delivery strategy and leading strategic actions to meet the future supply chain.
Technology roadmap and core/non-core assessment for the business and strategic direction of Integrated Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Driving operational supply performance and improvement with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain.
Running Life Cycle changes, execution, supplier or in-house manufacturing re-allocation.
Coach and develop the teams.
You are a part of
The Coffee Business Unit within Philips Personal Health headquartered in Amsterdam. You report to the Business Unit leader and will work with highly innovative R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams and Suppliers globally.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Masters’ degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience within Manufacturing Engineering/Product Industrialization/Supply Chain, including experience in holding operations and supply chain leadership roles.
Mandatory experience in manufacturing and supply chain. Fundamental certifications such as LEAN, Six-sigma, APICS or equivalent needed.
8-10 years of direct people management and proven project management skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Consistent track record of leading change.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve them.
Not afraid of technical details, complexity, managing internal and external stakeholders.
