JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinate the execution of work of a team of people insights analysts, business analysts, developers and data scientists ensuring a balance in workloads and timely escalation of project roadblocks.

  • Collaborate with other People Analytics team members working in Enterprise Analytics and Business Analytics to ensure quality and on time deliverables both within the HR domain as across company horizontals.

  • Chair weekly team meetings to surface issues and progress projects. Distribute notes of meetings including actions, owners and timeframes post call.

  • Ensure each new project has gone through project intake vetting and ensure that subsequently an accurate project milestone map is available at all times

  • In collaboration with People insights specialists, pro-actively engage with internal customers in e.g. monthly and quarterly sync-meetings to understand their key business questions & priorities.

  • Align with the stakeholder(s) on the scope and outcome of potential analyses.

  • Conduct analyses, ensure insights are accurate, and enable fact-based decision making by our customers.

  • Create and present visually appealing, easy to consume, insights for stakeholder(s) ranging from HR CoEs to business leaders to executive committee members in presentations that drive awareness of actionable insights.

  • Support global HR processes by means of relevant analysis and insights.

  • Articulate complex data in a simplified manner and build strong business cases through data analysis.

  • Support, prioritize and balance business insight needs, leadership questions, and ad hoc analysis requests

  • Create high quality analytical insights and translate them into value added decisions and actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES

  • Must have experience in prioritizing, balancing and guiding the work of a team of data savvy individuals ( business analysts, data-scientists, developers and HR-analysts)

  • Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting of data savvy individuals e.g. business analysts, data-scientists, developers and HR-analysts is a must.

  • Must have strong HR analytics acumen gained from working in analytics across several HR sub functions. You understand how various functions within HR interact and overlap.

  • You are not only able to identify, locate, manipulate and logically structure data; you can also produce coherent and succinct insights, summaries and conclusions based on the data.

  • Expert in translating HR and business questions into projects and actionable insights through analytics.

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver against conflicting demands and timeframes. Including long-term deep-dives and same day turn-around requests.

  • Must have Experience working across US, European and Asian cultures.

  • Must have Strong analytic, quantitative abilities & problem solving skills

  • Proactive work ethic, self-starter that does not wait to take initiative.

  • Customer first, ‘can-do’ attitude. You are able to find the opportunity in every problem.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of analytics experience of which a minimum of 3 years within the HR domain specifically.

  • Must be an expert user of Qlik, able to train business analysts and reporting teams in the use thereof.

  • Must be Six-Sigma green or black belt certified.

  • An outstanding command of English is required both in writing as well as verbally.

An on-site business case (approx. 2 hours) in which you are presented with data and asked to produce an analysis will be part of the interview process
