This is an exciting, fast-paced business, where you will be managing a global PMO Operations organization.
Manage a global PMO Operations organization pertaining to CCI Business located in several geographies. This business develops & delivers Software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for Healthcare customers across several countries. These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (Primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, interoperability systems & services.

You are responsible for:
Participating in Business Portfolio team, representing the PMO Operations function, translating the business innovation roadmap and priorities into programs and projects.
Ensuring programs/projects are executed within Philips operating principles and standard processes.
Responsible for risk management in the project level and in the business level.
Ensure tools are used by all categories and programs.
Manage PMO/Operation performance based on projects on quality, on time, in scope and in budget.
Ensuring compliance of product development and lifecycle management processes, as well as applicable quality and regulatory requirements
Drive capability- building and talent/leadership development: you supervise, hire and fire, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the business PMO/Operations function.
Responsible for allocation of teams to the prioritized (cross-functional) innovation programs and projects in the various categories of the Business.
Manage projects and operations within budget.
Ensure projects and programs are planned with E2E view in mind, from concrete requirements/clear scope, including function and non-functional requirement, resources availability, time to market, time to customer, budget, technology constraints, cross-functional teams involved like: design, regulatory, privacy, security…..
Responsible for security and privacy champions.
Responsible for revenue recognition and R&D costs based on approved budgets.
Ensure cross-functional alignment with other key stakeholders in the end-to-end value chain including general management of businesses as well as functions (e.g. quality, supply chain, Q&R, finance…).
Ensures capitalization controls are properly managed in alignment with finance.
Ensures correct allocation of resources (R&D, Quality, Services, Product Management….)
Manages sales and operations plan and guarantee right number of resources in the business to deliver on the plans.
You are a part of:
The Business Management Team for Connected Care Informatics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
+10 years of experience in PMO/Operations and at least 5 years in Software Development
Experience with large, scalable, localizable software solutions (Electronic Medical Records, ERP, Supply Chain)
Software based on scalable, reusable platforms.
Experience with Technology migrations (From-to new SW architecture technology)
Proven Track Record of performance improvement in software development.
Working with agile processes.
Proven leadership of cross cultural, multi-site setup.
Proven successful experience the execution of localization of SW solutions for several countries in parallel (L10N + L18 + Business rules)
Has proven track record with managing innovation projects
Typically required: Bachelor / Master equivalent in a technical (SW) profession
