The ISC Excellence Program Manager drives impact through program management on behalf of the COO and the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Leadership Team with the mission to accelerate transformation and to increase network performance. In this role, you have the opportunity to boost your capabilities and career opportunities by being actively involved in the Integrated Supply Chain Executive network, strategy and program development.
You are responsible for
On behalf of the Chief Operation Officer and the Integrated Supply Chain Leadership Team to
organize, structure and facilitate the ISC network incl. preparation of key-events and tracking of actions
work closely with project teams across all strategic ISC domains to oversee progress on key-strategic ISC programs against defined deliverables and project milestones
analyze key data to identify potential performance risks at the earliest stage and draw COO & ISC MT attention to required mitigation action
implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to Integrated Supply Chain objectives
maintain and co-own the ISC master deck and standard performance templates for the QPR and MPR together with the functional domain leaders
You are a part of
the ISC Excellence team with a direct link to the COO and the ISC Leadership team to accelerate the ISC transformation and improve the network performance. The jobholder will report to the ISC Excellence Leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You are experienced in developing project plans and in tracking results in a diligent and collaborative manner. You feel energized by a challenge and you are willing to go the extra mile to achieve the project targets together with the teams.
You are an expert in utilizing and applying multiple new media and available IT technologies to set-up most effective virtual communication, meetings and networking fit for purpose.
You are strong in connecting with people across boundaries, leveraging differences in background, origin, or perspective to achieve results as a team and to make joint decisions. You are able to establish a collaborative culture based on trust and integrity.
You do understand key-principles of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement in context of the related scope, objectives and success factors. You are capable to integrate a variety of information quickly into a meaningful management summary/expose to capture situation and understand potential options for problem- solving.
You are strong in utilizing Microsoft Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel) for creating impactful and professional templates and compendia.
