In the role of Program Management Officer (PMO) for Risk Management Markets, you will provide overall program management support four E2E risk management activities for Solutions while at the same time driving continuous improvement projects on the E2E Risk Management Framework, tools and processes and the reinforcement of risk management awareness and culture in the Markets.

Risk Management Markets (RMM) is a trusted advisor to the Markets and Business Clusters in their decision making to ensure Philips builds a sustainable Solution portfolio. RMM supports and assist all 17 Markets globally by pro-active identification, prioritization and mitigation of risks (strategic, operational, financial, compliance) related to Solutions. In addition, RMM leverages learnings and best practices across the Markets, enabling informed decision making by balancing risk and reward.
Sales Risk Management related activities
Effectively apply LEAN methods for process optimization of the E2E risk management framework for Solutions including, dashboards, databases and the country risk intelligence tool
Drive automation and further standardization of the E2E risk management framework including effective use of IT risk management tool
Perform data analysis that translates risks, learnings and solutions into best practices
Manage and sustain effective working relations with local Heads of Risk Management in the Markets.
Program Office related activities :
Central point of contact for Risk Management Markets communication & branding activities including develop, update and maintain structured information platforms such as SharePoint(s) and intranet site(s);
Prepare global templates for planning, dashboards, reports and deploy accordingly
Effectively drive preparation for and structured report out of critical (management) meetings.
Initiate and drive execution of programs to reinforce RMM values and our risk awareness culture in the Markets such as e-learnings and communication plan
We are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years working experience, in a business environment, preferably in Healthcare (systems and solutions) and/or sales risk management
Master degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. VBA, Analytics or BI tool experience is a strong plus)
Awareness of LEAN / Six Sigma, project or process-development methods (Project Management certifications)
Proven abilities in taking responsibility for executing high quality deliverables according to strict time-tables, and confident to work independently
Highly organized and ability to effectively manage multiple topic, pragmatic and results-focused
Self-starter, and positive personality with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Display a high level of integrity, fostering a culture of transparency and risk awareness.
