Manage a global services organization, pertaining to Connected Care Informatics Business, located in several geographies. This business develops & delivers software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for Healthcare customers across several countries. These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (Primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, interoperability systems & services. Our services today deliver software implementation, integration, training and support L1 and L2.

You are responsible for

  • Act as the owner of the financial and operational performance of services within the Business

  • Own the services portfolio for the business, connected to the overall aspirations of the Business

  • Own the performance management of the services with focus on revenue recognition, integral gross margin, customer satisfaction, services productivity, resources utilization, SLA, project performance.

  • Responsible for sales and operating plans for implementation services.

  • Define the requirements for enablers across the e2e chain for business services, including tooling

  • Execute automation of processes via digital strategy in order to increase productivity and maximize profits

  • Drive the needed market capabilities for business specific services delivering

  • Develop and maintain a strategic services plan to meet future requirements and incorporate relevant business trends and needs

  • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance within its business services

  • Manage/improve the operational KPIs that enable the validation of success of the e2e services business and set targets through benchmark analysis

  • Act as thought leader and spokesperson for the Businesses Services and Solution Delivery

  • Drive requirements into the product and solution development programs to secure serviceability and solution delivery readiness

  • Responsible for business based delivery operations: technical/remote support (L1/L2), SLA management, implementation, integration and training.

  • Part of FCO (Field Change Order) resolution

  • Maintain up to date technical capabilities, and building new capabilities as required (e.g. remote services, cloud services...).

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with other key stakeholders in the end-to-end value chain including general management of businesses as well as functions (e.g. quality and regulatory, finance, R&D, markets…).

  • Drive capability- building and talent/leadership development: you supervise, hire and fire, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the business services function.

  • Team up with Market Services and Solution delivery leaders for portfolio feedback, performance management, services market introductions and solution delivery readiness

You are a part of

Business Management Team and partner of other Services Leader of software business in different clusters.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Thought leader towards broad range of stakeholders, able to have a peer-to-peer relationship with executive business/functional/market leaders and content experts

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Software Services and Solutions delivery environment, in global and multicultural setting

  • Broad understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in services and solution delivery

  • Proven track record in driving change towards a well-articulated vision

  • Strategic leadership with hands on touch and business development flexibility

  • Experience with large implementation projects that may take btw 12 to 24 months, with a range of 5 to 30 implementation consultants allocated plus project managers (Electronic Medical Records, ERP, Supply Chain…)

  • Experience with installed base migrations (From-to new SW architecture technology), including migration of front-end application and also full database migration

  • Proven Track Record of performance improvement in software services.

  • Working in collaboration with software development teams in an agile process

  • Proven leadership of large services teams (> 300 direct, plus partner channel providing services) in cross cultural, multi-site setup and matrix organization.

  • Proven successful experience in implementing and supporting localization of software to new countries (L10N + L18 + Business rules)

  • Typically required: Bachelor / Master equivalent
