Tribe Leader Platform Experience & Conversion –Consumer/ D2C

  • Tribe leader Platform Experience & Conversion –Consumer / D2C is the domain owner of a collection of squads, responsible for;

  • Roadmap, Budget allocation and priority setting towards squads output

  • For maximizing the impact of Platform Experience & Conversion activities on the short and long term business goals

  • For achieving business objective of the tribe in line with the D2C Strategic Priorities

  • This tribe leader works with other tribe leaders and chapter leaders to match the right people to the right squads.

  • Performance dialogue with squad leaders/product owners around quality and output

  • Interface to other tribe leaders to ensure end to end view

  • Ensure enablement (through resources) of knowledge sharing within his/her tribe, via the Chapter leads

  • Coordinates delivery of capabilities across tribes to ensure end to end business outcomes are achieved

  • Facilitates knowledge sharing and learning within his/her tribe, via the chapter leads

In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Improve taxonomy, navigation, on-site search and SEO perf.,including integration of voice

  • Build products to better manage and enhance the online catalogue, including accessories and service parts (CRP’s);

  • Build products to ensure commercial attractive pricing to drive direct sales

  • Develop the most effective check out process including necessary payment options in our apps, sites and call centers

  • Ensure that page flow and content drives towards improved conversion and NPS

  • Develop better and smarter tools to increase productivity of campaign management & optimization (gAi)

  • Indicative number of positions part of Tribe: 12 direct reports

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Deep expertise and leadership experience in digital commerce leadership, digital consumer experiences (CX), digital marketing and E-Commerce business development on both global and market level

  • Experience with industry, consumer and cultural trends and innovation in E-Commerce, media, digital activation and digital analytics

  • Demonstrated track record in setting strategic direction and ensuring execution in large multi-stakeholder organization

  • Experience in managing Ecommerce business/P&L

  • Experience in working very closely with Insights and Analytics teams

  • Demonstratedleadershipandabilitytoinspirecollaborationandteamwork

  • Proven track record as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
